What does it mean that UptimeDock is GDPR compliant?
GDPR regulates the processing of personal data in the European Union
(its collection, storage, transfer, or use). Under the GDPR, the concept of "personal data" is broad and covers any person-related information that someone could use to identify them.
The important thing is that GDPR applies to every organization that processes personal data of the EU citizens
even if the organization is located outside of the EU. What it means is that GDPR gives you
more control over how organizations use your data.
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner allows you to choose between "Allow all" or "Required only" cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) are only loaded after you explicitly provide your consent. You can review our

Signing a DPA
We want to help our customers become GDPR compliant as well. When signing up for a subscription with UptimeDock, our Privacy Policy document regulates the processing of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy provides you with all the necessary information on how we process your personal data and what information we process at UptimeDock.
However, if you live in the EU or your country's law requires it from you, you can sign a
Data Processing Agreement with us. To do that,
contact us, and we will provide you with a DPA for you to both review and sign.
